In addition to the large demand for large-size panels in the TV field, the demand for small and medium-sized OLED panels in the market is also surging, and the main acceptance field is the major mobile phone manufacturers. The entry of iPhone 8 has pushed Samsung to devote more energy to the production of OLED panels. In addition, according to foreign media reports, panel manufacturer giant LGD has decided to use all e6lcd panel factories to produce OLED, and P10 panel factory, which used to produce large-size panels, will also turn to produce mobile phone OLED panels. According to the report, LGD plans to produce 15000 sets of small and medium-sized OLED panels in the E5 plant in 2017, 15000 sets of small and medium-sized OLEDs in the sixth generation line of the E6 plant in 2018, and 30000 sets of small and medium-sized OLEDs in 2019.
 
With the continuous improvement of market penetration, vehicle display which is closely related to people's travel is also growing rapidly. In addition to the traditional LCD panel, OLED panel also has a unique advantage in providing more accurate and safe information for drivers. According to South Korean media kinews on May 24, LGD and SDC have announced their OLED display structures respectively.
 
The application of small and medium-sized panels in mobile phones and on-board devices with high contact rate will help people better understand the product characteristics of OLED and improve people's acceptance of OLED panels. This will benefit the application of OLED panel in large screen products.
